Davao City rental guide
Condo for Rent in Davao City
Everything renters ask before booking a viewing — what units cost each month, how long leases run, what you pay upfront, and how to check that a listing is real.
The short answer
What renting here actually looks like
EasyStayFinder Davao lists long-term condominium rentals inside Davao City only. Every unit is submitted by a registered owner and checked against their documents before it appears here, so the rent you read is the rent the owner set — nothing is added on top.
Rent is arranged and paid directly between you and the unit owner. EasyStayFinder does not collect rent or process payments online.
Rental length
2 to 11 months, or 1 year
Long-term tenancy only — no nightly or weekly stays. Some owners fix the rental length for their unit.
Upfront payment
Deposit plus advance rent
Owners typically ask for 1 or 2 months security deposit plus 1 month advance rent. Exact terms are agreed with the owner before anything is signed.
Cost to renters
No markup, no finder's fee
EasyStayFinder's commission is paid by the unit owner, not the renter. You pay the rent the owner set.

Avoiding rental scams
How to tell a Davao condo listing is real
- The owner can be identified. On EasyStayFinder, owners register with a valid government-issued ID and confirmed contact details before any unit goes live.
- Nobody asks you to send money to reserve a unit you have not seen. Rent, deposit and advance are agreed with the owner and settled directly — never through this site.
- Photos, floor, size, price and terms match what you find at the viewing. Listings here are published only when those details are complete.
- A viewing is scheduled, not rushed. You pick a date and a 30-minute slot, and the owner confirms it.

What a viewing request asks for
Date and time
Viewings run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time in 30-minute slots. Past dates and already-booked slots cannot be selected.
A valid government-issued ID
Required once per renter and reviewed only by the EasyStayFinder admin team. Unit owners never see your ID — they see your first name, your intended rental length, work status, nationality, number of occupants and your notes.
How long you plan to rent
Anywhere from 2 to 11 months, or 1 year. Some owners set a fixed rental length for their unit, and the request form will only offer what that unit allows.
Questions renters ask
Renting a condo in Davao City: FAQ
What is the shortest lease I can get?
Two months. From there you can choose any length up to 11 months, or a full year. Units built for nightly or weekly stays are not listed here.
How much do I pay before moving in?
Usually a security deposit of 1 or 2 months plus 1 month advance rent, agreed directly with the owner. The security deposit is separate from EasyStayFinder's commission and is handled under your agreement with the owner.
Does EasyStayFinder charge renters anything?
No. The 10% monthly commission is paid by the unit owner on rent actually received. Nothing is added to the rent shown on a listing.
Can I pay my rent through the website?
No. EasyStayFinder does not process rent payments. Rent is paid directly to the unit owner under the terms you agree with them.
Why is the unit number not shown?
For the owner's security, exact unit numbers stay private. You still see the condominium, area, floor, size, bedrooms, price and rental terms before requesting a viewing.
What do I need to request a viewing?
A free account, a valid government-issued ID uploaded once, your preferred date and 30-minute slot between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, your intended rental length, work status, nationality and number of occupants.
Who can see my ID and personal details?
Only the EasyStayFinder admin team reviews your ID. The unit owner sees your first name along with your rental length, work status, nationality, number of occupants, preferred schedule and notes.
Are pets, parking and utilities included?
These vary by unit and building. Ask in your inquiry or at the viewing, and confirm them with the owner before signing — house rules and utility arrangements are set by the owner and the condominium.
