1. About the platform
EasyStayFinder Davao is a condominium rental and property assistance platform for Davao City. The platform is in active development, and the units currently shown are clearly labelled sample data rather than real available units.
2. Use of the platform
You agree to use the platform for genuine long-term rental purposes only, and to provide accurate information when accounts, unit submissions and inquiries become available.
3. Listings and verification
Unit listings submitted by owners will be reviewed before publication. EasyStayFinder Davao does not add markups to the rental price set by the unit owner.
4. Rental agreements
Any rental agreement is entered into between the client and the unit owner. EasyStayFinder Davao facilitates the connection and assists with the process; it is not a party to the lease.
5. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis while under development. We are not liable for decisions made based on placeholder content shown during this period.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as platform features are released. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
