When accounts become available, we will collect the details you provide during registration and unit submission, such as your name, email address, mobile number and unit information.
2. How we use information
Information is used to verify unit listings, connect clients with unit owners, respond to inquiries and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
Contact details are shared only as needed to progress a rental inquiry — for example, sharing a client inquiry with the relevant unit owner.
4. Data retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the rental process and for legitimate record-keeping, then removed on request where the law allows.
5. Current development status
The platform does not yet store user accounts or inquiries. Screens that collect information are placeholders and do not submit data.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing easystayfinderdavao@gmail.com.
