We collect the details you provide during registration, verification, inquiries, viewing requests and unit submissions, such as your name, email address, mobile number, government ID and property information.
2. How we use information
Information is used to verify unit listings, connect clients with unit owners, respond to inquiries and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
Clients and unit owners communicate through EasyStayFinder. Government IDs are kept private and may be reviewed only by authorized EasyStayFinder administrators for verification and security purposes.
4. Data retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the rental process and for legitimate record-keeping, then removed on request where the law allows.
5. Security and access
Account, inquiry, viewing and verification information is protected by access controls. Clients and unit owners can access only the information needed for their own activity, while authorized administrators handle verification and platform oversight.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing easystayfinderdavao@gmail.com.
